Volunteer at the Venloop!

The Arrow Venloop relies to a large extent on volunteers. Without volunteers, organizing this type of large-scale event is not possible. Like other organizations, we encourage associations to apply. This can generate funds for club coffers. Something that may be a welcome addition given market trends and government retreats. However, it is also possible to join alone or with family/friends.

What does the organization of the Arrow Venloop offer its volunteers:

• Lunch package including two consumption vouchers to be spent at the Ewals Cargo Care pavilion in Juliana Park
• A so-called gadget of the Arrow Venloop
• A fee of €15.00 (this is waived if one participates through an association)
• Lots of atmosphere and conviviality

The Arrow Venloop has a number of criteria that must be met to support the event as an association with volunteers:

• The association must sign up a minimum of 5 volunteers on at least one day (they do not all have to be members)
• The association must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce
• The minimum number of hours worked per day is 6
• When deploying over multiple days, the total number of volunteers over the multiple days determines the contribution from the scale below
• Funds are transferred only to the association’s bank account
• There is one contact person per association
• Commercial companies are excluded, staff associations on the other hand are not

• The declaration form made available must be completed completely and digitally and sent to vrijwilligers@venloop.nl before the said date on the declaration form.
• After checking the fully completed document, the amount will be transferred to the IBAN number provided.
• The claim form is inseparable from this guideline and the guideline is a part of the claim form

For 13 editions this beautiful event has been taking place in the heart of ‘t Ven. There is much more to this than some people think, but we know that we would not be able to do it without our volunteers. Together with our volunteers we always make it an unforgettable edition!

For Friday 15 and Monday 18 September we can always use some extra hands who want to help us with the construction and dismantling of the event site.

As compensation you will receive a packed lunch from us, € 15 per day and also a super pleasant day!
