Shirt exchange
If the article you ordered does not fit, you can exchange it. Send the shirt back in its original packaging to the Venloop office at Koninginnesingel 14, 5911 KB Venlo. Please add a note to the envelope with your name and address and of course the desired size. We will then send this size back to you (if in stock). It is also possible to come and exchange the shirt at the office. We are open Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 17:30.   

How can I pass on my cancellation? 
You can cancel by sending an email to kwaakerrun@venloop.nl. For cancellations that are received at least two weeks before the event, the registration fee paid will be refunded minus € 5 administration costs. For cancellations less than two weeks before the event, the registration fee paid will not be refunded. This is in accordance with our terms and conditions. It may therefore be better to find someone yourself who is willing to take over your start ticket.

Can I transfer my starting package to another walker?
You can simply transfer the starters package to someone else, as soon as you have received it. You do not have to report this to the organization.

Will I receive my starter pack by mail?
This depends on the choice you made during your registration. If you are not sure anymore, please check your registration confirmation or send an email to kwaakerrun@venloop.nl.

What if I do not receive my starter pack by post?
If you have not received your starter pack in time by post, you can report at the information desk located on the Pastoor kierkelsplein near the Bantuin. Walkers are welcome on the Saturday of the event between 09:00 - 10:00 hrs.

Where and when can I collect my starter pack?
Start packs that need to be collected are available at the Venloop office located at Koninginnesingel 14, in Venlo. Walkers can come here in the week before the Gipmans Planten Kwaakerrun weekend on;

  • Monday to Friday, between 8:30 - 17:30 hours

Can I still have my start number sent to me?
If you have chosen not to have your start number sent to you, but still want to have it sent to you, you can order this option here in our webshop.

At what time may I finish at the latest during the Tuincentrum Leurs Walk?
All walkers must finish before 17.00 hrs on Saturday.

Can I change my walking polo shirt?
Yes, it is possible to exchange your ordered walking polo shirt (while stocks last), but only if the shirt is still in the original packaging and within four weeks of delivery.

There are two ways to exchange running shirts/hiking polo shirts. You can come to the Venloop office (Koninginnesingel 14, 5911 KB Venlo) to exchange the running shirt/ walking polo shirt. You can also choose to exchange the shirt/walk polo by post. If you want to exchange the polo by post, make sure the envelope in which you send the shirt is sufficiently stamped and clearly state which size you want us to send you. It is advisable to contact us in advance to check whether your desired size is still in stock.

Where can I park on Saturdays?
On Saturdays it is not possible to park your car in the parking lot near the Bantuin. You can park in the parking spaces and the streets of 't Ven.

Are Nordic Walking sticks allowed during the Tuincentrum Leurs Walk?
Nordic Walking sticks are not permitted during the Garden Centre Leurs Walk.
