If the article you ordered does not fit, you can exchange it. Send the shirt back in its original packaging to the Venloop office at Koninginnesingel 14, 5911 KB Venlo. Please add a note to the envelope with your name and address and of course the desired size. We will then send this size back to you (if in stock). It is also possible to come and exchange the shirt at the office. We are open Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 17:30.
How can I pass on my cancellation?
You can cancel by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For cancellations that are received at least two weeks before the event, the registration fee paid will be refunded minus € 5 administration costs. For cancellations less than two weeks before the event, the registration fee paid will not be refunded. This is in accordance with our terms and conditions. It may therefore be better to find someone yourself who is willing to take over your start ticket.
I want to change my distance/part. Is that possible?
It is possible to change your distance as long as the distance you want to change to is not full yet. Please send an email to email@example.com.
Is there a waiting list when an event has reached the limit?
There are no waiting lists. Cancellations have already been taken into account when determining the maximum number of participants.
How can I transfer my race number to another runner?
Those who want to transfer a starting number must arrange this themselves. We do ask you to email the details of both buyer and seller to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then change the data, so that the starting number and the results will be in the name of the right person. For the transfer we charge € 3,- by means of a one-time automatic collection. After completion of the transfer procedure, you will receive an email confirming the transfer.
Will I get my start number sent to me by mail?
This depends on the choice you made during your registration. If you are not sure anymore, please check your registration confirmation or send an email to email@example.com
What if I do not receive my start number in time by post?
If you have not received your starting number by post on time, you can report to the information desk located on the Pastoor kierkelsplein near the Bantuin. Runners can go there on the Sunday of the event, between 09:30 and 13:00.
Where and when can I collect my race number?
In the week prior to the event, the start numbers can be collected at the Venloop office at Koninginnesingel 14 in Venlo. The office is open Monday to Thursday between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm.
When can I expect my start number in the post?
The start numbers will be sent in the two weeks prior to the Gipmans Planten Kwaakerrun.
Can I still have my start number sent to me?
If you have chosen not to have your start number sent to you, but still want to have it sent to you, you can order this option in our webshop.
Can I run with my child during the youth runs?
Yes, a parent is allowed to run with your child during youth runs up to the age of 6. For children of 7 years and older this is no longer allowed.

What are the opening hours of the information point?
The information point is located on the Pastoor Kierkelsplein near the Bantuin in 't Ven. On Saturday, the information point is staffed from 9:00 to 15:30 and on Sunday from 9:30 to 14:30.
